This cup-to-bottle system allows you to twist together your favourite new Original or Thermal KeepCup and extension into a classic bottle or an insulated flask, so you can caffeinate, hydrate and everything in between.

KeepCup Helix is a modular, screw fit, cup-to-bottle system that lets you twist together your favourite new Original or Thermal KeepCup into a classic bottle, so you can caffeinate, hydrate and everything in between.

Unscrews in the middle for easy clean, easy fill and compact storage.


Keep your Bottle full throttle

  • Designed to be taken apart. It untwists in the middle for easy fill, easy clean and compact storage. 
  • Store with the bottle extension and cap off, they perfectly fit upside down in the cup.
  • For dishwashing instructions, follow material-specific sections below.
  • We recommend handwashing all stainless-steel components in order to preserve surface finish.
  • Do not microwave.

How to remove the cap gasket

  1. Place the cup on a flat surface, upside down.
  2. Using your fingertips, gently massage the cork band upwards while rotating the glass, keeping the band at an even height.

Keep your Plastic fantastic

  • KeepCup Original Bottle and the bottle extension in KeepCup Mixed Material Bottle is made from lightweight, durable, BPA and BPS-free, reusable plastic.
  • Do not overfill bottles and take care when using carbonated or sparkling beverages. They naturally want to expand and become gas, which causes pressure build up when fully sealed for long periods of time and particularly if jostled with movement. Open the cap slowly and hold firmly in case of “popping” with gas release.
  • Do not leave carbonated beverages with the lid on overnight, or for more than 12 hours, as this could result in a dangerous build-up of pressure inside the bottle.
  • Lemon juice, grease or oil from other dishwasher items may cause clear plastic items to cloud. Turmeric will cause staining.
  • Ice will cause condensation on clear plastic bottles (cups and extensions).
  • Remove the bottle extension and bottle cap gaskets for thorough clean.
  • Plastic Bottle components are dishwasher safe in the top rack. Handwash stainless steel cap.
  • We recommend placing small components such as silicone gaskets and hangs in cutlery tray or basket, so they do not become damaged or lost.

  2. Gasket has a grooved side and a flat side. With the groove side in, press gently into place.

  • KeepCup Thermal Bottle cup base is made from double-walled, vacuum-insulated stainless steel. Our Thermal Bottle lid has double wall insulation but is not vacuum sealed, so it may feel warm and cool to touch when used with boiling water and iced drinks.
  • Do not overfill bottles and take care when using carbonated or sparkling beverages. They naturally want to expand and become gas, which causes pressure build up when fully sealed for long periods of time and particularly if jostled with movement. Open the cap slowly and hold firmly in case of “popping” with gas release.

Helix Lid Anchor

To assemble:

Hold press fit lid in one hand and plug in the other.

Sit plug on central screw fitment in lid aligned to plug start position.

Turn clockwise until plug is in closed position covering drinking hole, press to seal.

Twist lid in use:

To open, gently lift up the plug tab from the click lock seal, then turn anticlockwise into the open position while you drink.

  • We recommend you wait 30 seconds after pouring boiling water before putting your lid on, to allow steam release.
  • Designed as a fully sealed sipper lid for drinking pleasure on the go, the plug mechanism click-lock seals into the closed position and prevents spills when you’re out and about.
  • Open with a half twist for easy lid removal and ease of café workflow and speed of service.
  • A breather hole releases pressure build up and allows optimum liquid flow when drinking. Steam can condense within the plug mechanism and pool into droplets on the top of the lid - for this reason, we recommend you do not carry your coffee cup in your bag when full of liquid.

Cleaning and care:

  • Do not microwave.
  • Twist lid and plug mechanism designed to be taken apart for easy clean.
    Silicone is very durable and can withstand high temperatures in dishwasher.

Original is made from lightweight, durable reusable plastic. When using, please consider:

 

  • Cup is microwavable with the lid off to 100°C / 212°F.
  • Designed to be taken apart for easy clean.

Keep your Helix Thermal eternal

Thermal is made from stainless steel and is double wall insulated, designed to keep your drink hot (or cold) for longer. When using, please consider:

 

  • Cup is double wall and vacuum sealed. A vacuum seal sucks the air from twin walls of stainless steel, providing thermal insulation and ensuring it always has comfortable hold temperature, never too hot or cold.
  • Do not microwave.
  • Designed to be taken apart for easy cleaning.
  • Handwash recommended to preserve stainless steel surface finish.
  • Lid is dishwasher safe on the top rack. Place small components, such as plugs and silicone gaskets, in the cutlery tray or basket so they do not become damaged or lost.
  • Reassemble twist lid after cleaning.
  • Store with lid off.
