Why are replacement parts expensive?

There is a cost to logistics and inventory management. The part must be made, stored, picked, packed, and shipped. We recommend adding a gift to the order to reach the free freight threshold.

The plug keeps popping out! What do I do?

Plugs can feel stiff when new - a trick is to place your thumb on the plug base (in the middle of the cup) and press on the top above the mouthpiece hole, with a little more force to push it down. 

Are KeepCup products modular?

Our philosophy is to enjoy fewer, quality products, used well. KeepCup products are designed to be pulled apart for easy cleaning and to ensure that you can replace the part, not the product.  The materials we use often are designed so there is modularity across different ranges. The Helix screw fit range is modular and the press fit Reusable Coffee Cups have compatability.

How do I know which replacement part I need?

Use our navigation tool to identify the replacment part by KeepCup model and material.  Please take care when choosing size.  Some parts have XXS and XL options. If you’re unsure, consult our guide or contact customer service.
