Choose your KeepCup Helix product

Keep your Cup thumbs up

KeepCup Helix is a fully sealed reusable cup. The dual plug mechanism seals from underneath as the top plug is pressed into closed position. Easy to twist together. Easy to twist apart for cleaning.

Using your Twist Fit lid

Lid assembly

  1. Pop up top plug from underneath to release.
  2. Place gasket in channel, positioning tab upright and opposite drinking hole. Press down and gently work gasket into channel, around lid.
  3. Position the top plug on the lid where the two hearts meet. Push down to click in place.
  4. Turn over and hold the base plug covering the sipper hole (do not push in). Flip back.
  5. Hold both plugs in place and turn the top plug clockwise to join plugs together. Turn top plug to close position at drinking hole and press down to seal.
  6. Hot tip: Twist lid tightly onto cup which will help to press gasket evenly into channel.

Everyday clean

  1. Twist lid and dual plug mechanism is designed to be taken apart for thorough cleaning.
  2. Turn the top plug anti-clockwise to open position.
  3. Gently lift and turn top plug over the ridge to disengage the base plug. Base plug will drop out.
  4. Pop up top plug from underneath to release.
  5. Reassemble lid after cleaning. Store with lid off.

Lid in action

  • We recommend waiting 30 seconds after pouring boiling water and before twisting your lid on, to allow steam release.
  • To open, gently lift and turn the top plug anticlockwise.
  • The twist fit sipper lid has a dual plug mechanism that fully seals the cup from underneath when top plug is in closed position. This mechanism prevents spills when on the go.
  • The breather hole releases pressure build up and allows optimum liquid flow when drinking.
  • Steam release after sealing the cup may cause condensation within the plug mechanism and pool into droplets on the top of the lid. We recommend that you don’t carry a filled coffee cup in your bag.
  • Do not microwave.

Plastic Helix Cup care

  • Helix Original is made from lightweight, durable, BPA and BPS-free, reusable plastic.
  • The cup is microwavable with the lid off to 100°C / 212°F.
  • Ice will cause condensation on clear plastic.
  • Handwash recommended for clear plastic as lemon juice, grease or oil from other dishwasher items may cause clouding. Turmeric will cause staining.
  • Lid is dishwasher safe on the top rack.
  • Place small components, such as plugs and silicone gaskets, in the cutlery tray or basket so they do not become damaged or lost.

Thermal Helix Cup care

  • Helix Thermal is made from double-walled, vacuum-insulated stainless steel.
  • Do not put the cup in the freezer. Freezing temperatures can damage the double wall and vacuum seal of stainless-steel products.
  • If the vacuum seal is punctured or damaged, the cup may become hot to touch with hot liquids.
  • Handwash only, to preserve surface finish.
  • Lid is dishwasher safe on the top rack.
  • Place small components such as silicone gaskets in cutlery tray or basket, so they do not become damaged or lost.
  • Do not microwave.

Keep your Bottle full throttle

KeepCup Bottle is an innovative, multi-material, screw-fit product.  Designed to be taken apart, it untwists in the middle for easy fill, easy clean and compact storage.

Plastic Bottle care

  • KeepCup Bottle Original and the bottle lid in KeepCup Bottle Mixed is made from lightweight, durable, BPA and BPS-free, reusable clear plastic.
  • Ice will cause condensation on clear plastic.
  • Do not overfill bottles and take care when using carbonated or sparkling beverages. They naturally want to expand and become gas, which causes pressure build up when fully sealed for long periods of time and particularly if jostled with movement. Open the cap slowly and hold firmly in case of “popping” with gas release.
  • Do not leave carbonated beverages with the lid on overnight, or for more than 12 hours, as this could result in a dangerous build-up of pressure inside the bottle.
  • Do not put the bottle components in the freezer. Freezing temperatures warp plastic, if accidentally overfilled, affecting sealing.
  • Handwash recommended for clear plastic as lemon juice, grease or oil from other dishwasher items may cause clear plastic items to cloud. Turmeric will cause staining.
  • Handwash stainless steel bottle cap.
  • Remove the bottle lid and bottle cap gaskets for thorough clean. Place in cutlery tray or basket, so they do not become damaged or lost.
  • Store with the bottle lid and bottle cap off, they perfectly fit upside down in the cup.
  • Do not microwave.

Gasket on plastic extension

  1. Remove the bottle extension gasket for thorough clean.
  2. Gasket has a grooved side and a flat side. With the groove side in, press gently into place.

Thermal Bottle care

  • KeepCup Thermal Bottle cup base is made from double-walled, vacuum-insulated stainless steel. Our Thermal Bottle lid has double wall insulation but is not vacuum sealed, so it may feel warm and cool to touch when used with boiling water and iced drinks.
Freezing temperatures can damage the double wall and vacuum seal of stainless-steel products and plastic warp, if accidentally overfilled, affecting sealing. If the vacuum seal is punctured or damaged, the cup base may become hot to touch with hot liquids.
  • Handwash stainless steel only, to preserve surface finish.
  • Remove the bottle lid extension and bottle cap gaskets for thorough clean. Place in cutlery tray or basket, so they do not become damaged or lost.
  • Store with the bottle lid and bottle cap off, they perfectly fit upside down in the cup.
  • Do not microwave.

Gasket on Thermal extension

  1. Remove the bottle extension gasket for thorough clean.
  2. Gasket has a grooved side and a flat side. With the groove side in, press gently into place.
