Care: Acids and oils from dishwasher may cloud the clear plastic. For best results, gentle handwash. Fully disassemble to prevent moisture buildup between sleeve and glass

Returns & Warranty
Our mission is to inspire reuse. We design premium reusable products that you will love to use and reuse, over and over again.
You can return any unused KeepCup product in the same resaleable condition and original packaging in which you received it by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order, and returning item(s) within 30 days. Returns are issued as store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not covered. If we accept your return, we will refund the amount paid for the item within 10 business days.
We do not accept items for exchange. If you want to change an item for a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order and return the original item.
Faulty Product
To make a claim under warranty, please notify our customer service team, provide a proof of purchase and photographic evidence of fault to enable us to identify the issue. We may request that you return the products to us for an in-house assessment or request further information.
Order Issues
For order issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, order number or proof of purchase. KeepCup reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item doesn't meet return criteria.
