Care

Dishwasher and microwave safe to 100°C.

For everyday use and to preserve the integrity of the cork band, hand wash quickly and gently, dry upside down in a warm spot.

The cork band is natural and fits snug by design – for everyday use, do not remove it. It will age, and expand and contract with washing. Don't force the band off. Removing it? Watch our care video first.

Recycled Content:100% recovered cork and tennis ball band, all glass uses 25% recycled material.

I love these cups but as expected, they can break at any moment. Two weeks in and I poured hot water to make my tea and the cup shattered.

The lid doesn't **** down exactly evenly but it still doesn't spill if I turn it upside down so it's doing its job well enough.

I think this is the perfect cup for almost all cold drinks, but not optimal for boba tea customers. There are no measurements that assist boba baristas when making drinks and the mid point diameter is a bit wide for smaller hands to easily handle. (I admit to having small hands.) Also, many boba lovers like an even larger volume cup size (e.g. 700ml) than the Cold Cup Longplay L size. Just saying....
