Insulated Thermal Cup

Long time user of KeepCups, this one has been a bit of a disappointment. The glue holding the little info disc onto the bottom of the cup failed and it came off while carrying it.

It's sold as insulated but honestly there doesn't seem to be much of a difference to the standard glass KeepCups.

The lid has less parts which is good, but the silicone gasket and the spout are more of a pain to clean.

I'd probably be upset if I bought it full price, Overall, not great but not terrible.

Love it. Perfect size for a good flat white. Invaluable on my hospital trips, (hospital coffee is dire!) I can enjoy a good coffee while having treatment.

The cup looks good but due to the lid not being fully sealable, it wasnt what i was looking for in a travel cup. The issue is, Keep Cups policy for returns requires the customer to pay for the product to be shipped back to them, for them to then issue the refund. I haven't had to come up against a policy like this for returns before and so wanted to let other people know before they order from Keep Cup.

Purchased this because I wanted a cup that would be the right size for a double espresso and would keep my coffee warm as long as possible. I've had it for 2 weeks now and I'm very happy with it. It meets my needs exactly.

This is totally useless. The lid doesn't close properly and there isn't a lid for the hole. Hence, when you move, that can leak. Worst cup. Only 2 stars are foe the size and the weight.

Great cup but you can't buy replacement seals. you have to buy the entire cap.

Perfect little flat white cup and the minimal lid is also great (especially if you prefer to drink with the lid off).

Light and well insulated, with an easy-to-use lid. And the perfect size for a strong (low-tide) long black.

The best espresso to go cup that exists. I love it coz it's super light, easy to wash, easy to put on and off the lit (much easier compared to the glass option but can't be closed the way the glass can), fits very nicely in my car cupholder.

Highly recommend! From the moment it arrived, I could tell the quality was top-notch. After several close calls in the car, the cup has never leaked, proving how well it's made. I was initially skeptical, having tried similar cups before, but both the service and product quality have truly impressed me. It's built to last, so while I'd definitely buy again, I don't anticipate needing a replacement anytime soon.

The cup arrived in NZ in a sturdy package, well protected.

I don't think any other company makes such a perfect espresso cup. As well as being well made, robust, and an attractive thing, it's completely water tight (so I can actually carry it in my pocket when it's got coffee in it!) and it seems to excite baristas everywhere, who've never seen such a small cup before. I now have two of these, so I can keep one in the car for emergencies.

Who wants an espresso or macchiato in a huge cup designed for milkier drinks?! Not me! This is the perfect way to get short coffees in a reusable cup. I have two so I can always have a clean one on the go! Fan value for money, lovely colours, a guaranteed conversation starter too

A really great product, a bit smaller than expected so glad I got the Large.
