Birthday Sale Terms & Conditions.

The KeepCup Birthday Sale promotion is available for a limited time only. Subscribers will receive 40% off eligible products from 8:00am local time on 9 June 2026 until 7:59am local time on 10 June 2026. The public sale will run from 8:00am local time on 10 June 2026 until 11:59pm local time on 15 June 2026, with 30% off eligible products.

Gift with purchase offers are available globally on qualifying orders during the promotional period and are subject to minimum spend thresholds, stock availability and order qualification requirements. Offer details, including qualifying spend thresholds and gifts, may vary by market.

Free shipping offers are available on qualifying orders shipped to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and eligible European destinations during the promotional period. Eligibility is subject to the applicable regional minimum spend threshold, which varies by market and is calculated in the local currency displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies to standard shipping services only and excludes express, expedited and other premium shipping options. Free shipping thresholds, eligible destinations and shipping methods may vary by market.

All qualifying spend thresholds are calculated after discounts have been applied and before shipping charges. Eligibility for promotional offers is determined by the shipping destination selected at checkout. Promotional emails and marketing communications may display offers, gifts, shipping benefits, currencies and spend thresholds intended for a specific market and may not reflect the offers available in all regions.

Free gifts are available while stocks last and will not be restocked, substituted, replaced or backordered once exhausted. KeepCup reserves the right to substitute a gift with an item of equal or greater value where necessary.

The promotion is available online only at keepcup.com and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code or promotion unless otherwise stated. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

Gift cards, spare parts, replacement parts, accessories, B2B orders, wholesale orders and branded or custom orders are excluded from the promotion unless otherwise stated.
Returns and exchanges remain subject to KeepCup's standard Returns Policy. If an order qualifying for a free gift is returned and the revised order value falls below the applicable qualifying spend threshold, the free gift must also be returned or its value may be deducted from the refund amount.

KeepCup reserves the right to verify eligibility, amend qualifying thresholds, substitute gifts, amend shipping offers, extend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.

Birthday Sale: 5 Orders Refunded Promotion

Five customers will have their KeepCup order refunded during a special 24-hour promotion running from 12:00am to 11:59pm AEST on 12 June 2026. Eligible direct-to-consumer orders placed on keepcup.com during the promotional period will automatically be entered into the draw. Five winning orders will be selected at random from all eligible orders received during the promotional period. Winners will receive a refund of the amount paid for their order, processed back to the original payment method where possible. Winners will be contacted via email within 7 business days of the promotion ending. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or in breach of KeepCup's website terms are not eligible. B2B, wholesale, distributor, marketplace, branded and other non-direct-to-consumer orders are excluded. The promotion is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash other than as a refund of the original order. KeepCup reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.

Birthday Sale: Free Local Shipping (Final Day) Promotion

Free standard local shipping is available on eligible direct-to-consumer orders placed on 15 June 2026 only. The offer applies to domestic shipping addresses within the relevant market only, including shipping within Australia for orders placed on the Australian website, shipping within the United Kingdom for orders placed on the UK website, and shipping within the United States for orders placed on the US website. The offer applies to standard shipping only and excludes express shipping or other premium delivery services. The offer may be used in conjunction with Birthday Sale pricing but cannot be combined with any other shipping promotion, discount code or offer that overrides shipping settings. B2B, wholesale, distributor, marketplace, branded and other non-direct-to-consumer orders are excluded. KeepCup reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw the offer at any time.
